The Florida Association of Genetic Counselors (FLAGC) supports the profession of genetic counseling within Florida. Formally organized as a Florida non-profit corporation in 2016, the primary goals of the organization include furthering the profession of genetic counseling in the state by providing an annual educational conference for genetic counselors, participating in outreach efforts to inspire students to consider genetic counseling as a career, and serving as a way for genetic counselors in Florida to stay connected.
